MMA Tournament - it's looking highly unlikely that I will compete. I have been plagued with injuries and time problems. The latest is my elbow popped last week while grappling. My leg is responding well to the physical therapy. I am now walking without a limp about 80% of the time now. Granted, it hurts, the faster and longer I walk, the more it hurts.I might even be running - gulp - by April 1.I plan to return to the kickboxing gym for upper-body only classes very soon, probably even next week.
